  2. Rhyming revision sounds silly but it’s a well-known fact that we remember songs and poem’s rather than tedious paragraphs from a book. Go make up a few little songs to help you remember those tricky algebra formulas.
  3. Teaching someone else what you have learned is a perfect way to retain your knowledge. By verbalising everything and approaching it in a different format you won’t lose focus at all!
  4. Popcorn is not just for the movies it seems. According to studies, this fun food is good for cholesterol and increasing blood flow to the brain. On top of that, popcorn is high in vitamin B6!
  5. Ice cream is another treat we encourage during exam time. Studies of the brain while someone is eating ice cream show that the processing part of the brain lights up as it does when we are enjoying something. So why not have a bowl on your break so you can go back to your work in a happier mood.
