Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

There are two options with delivery of your garments:

1. Ultimate Leavers Hoodies will deliver the garments to the person who is organising and/or paying for your hoodies.
2. Ultimate Leavers Hoodies will deliver the garments individually to the recipients at an additional cost.

Orders are delivered by Parcelforce and tracking numbers will be sent automatically to the person who placed the original order. Deliverers are sent using a next day courier next-day service. If you need your hoodies in a rush, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate this, however during busy periods this might not be possible.

Delivery is free within the UK.

Returns Policy

Put simply, we are happy to refund or replace any garment that doesn’t meet quality standards up to 14 days after you receive it and replace any garment with customisation issues up to 7 days after you receive it. If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact us.
