The base price includes the garment and a standard printed design on the back – often the school name and trip title. From there, you can add optional extras like front prints, sleeve text or embroidered logos. We’ll provide a detailed quote based on your needs, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
If you’d prefer to keep things simple, many schools choose a single design and colour across the group. But if your pupils want to pick their own colours and sizes, we can set up an online shop so parents can order directly. It’s easy, secure and takes the admin off your plate.

We know that school trips are planned around fixed dates – and we’re set up to meet them. Our standard turnaround is just 10 working days from final design approval, giving you plenty of time to receive and hand out your hoodies before departure.
Need them sooner? Let us know. We offer a rush service for tight deadlines and can usually accommodate urgent requests if you're short on time.
All hoodies are printed, packed and labelled in-house, then shipped via tracked UK courier. You can choose to have everything delivered to one school address or allow individual delivery if you're using our online shop. Either way, we’ll make sure they arrive when and where you need them.
